I'm experiencing the same problem.. I think the rows in the chart should match with the colors. When there are, say, 3 rows in the pie chart and according 3 colors, and if one of the rows is not visible in the pie (the value is zero), it should skip the colors array index for that row and draw the next non-zero pie with its respective color.
