So first, nice workflow!

As for the integration of the forms into your web page, I am not aware of
such an option to adjust the design, but you should post to the spreadsheets
group for more info about it.

As for pdf export. This is a real issue with gadgets, as any of them may be
implemented in a different way.
We are aware of this problem, but there is no clear solution we are working
on yet.
