I was getting the layout problem in Chrome, Firefox, Opera, and IE.
Windows and Linux.  After playing around and using Firebug in Firefox
I was able to find the problem in the rest.css file that was included
in the 960.gs CSS Framework I was using to position the charts on a
grid.
