Currently, it seems the only way to control the radius of a pie chart
is to scale the size of the entire chart. Doing this also scales the
legend and tooltips which is ackward. It would be great if one could
provide a "radius" in pixels which would control the size of the pie
while keeping the legend and tooltip sizes tied to the chart size.

The use-case is that I have a page showing multiple pie chart and I
want these to be be scaled interdependently in size based on the
ammount of "stuff" the hold.
