Currently, it seems the only way to control the radius of a pie chart is to scale the size of the entire chart. Doing this also scales the legend and tooltips which is ackward. It would be great if one could provide a "radius" in pixels which would control the size of the pie while keeping the legend and tooltip sizes tied to the chart size.
