It appears that I could dot his by modifying AreaChart.  If I just
drew a max line and a min line (in the same color) and had the area
between them shaded in, it would portray uncertainties pretty well.
However, I need the source code for AreaChart to modify it and bound
the shading so that it goes in the right place.  Is that available?
Do you guys have any suggestions about how to do that?
