I seem to have the same problem: everything worked just fine when I only had about a few hundred rows of records, but now with the 2 500 rows I have, most of my 10 indicators (columns) are dropped. I don't know why this is and I can't seem to get around it. However, What I did notice is that the Visualization seems to drop all the columns that have blank cells in the first year. This didn't happen when I was working with a smaller data set.
Take a look at my spreadsheet: (http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc? key=0AjOOPYaf8DoYdDlaQ2JJem5fWm94RGVmM25QdnFPMlE&hl=en) and the visualization: (http://users.tkk.fi/~mporkka/motion/ data_years.html) In the visualization the only indicators I can see are "Renewable water resources", "Total water withdrawal" and "Total water withdrawal per capita" and I think this is because I don't have the data of the rest of the indicators from 1967. Again, there was no problem with smaller amount of data, the blank cells worked just fine. Any help appreciated!
