The offline issue was discussed indeed many times, but we have no more to
say for now about it.If there will be any future change in the terms of use,
of course we will let everybody know.

As for your specific problem here:
Generally, this should work without the warnings.
In order to do so, you should load the api itself from https:/
www.google.com/jsapi.
>From there on, you should get no warnings.
One thing to notice is that the image based charts go to Google servers on
http (that API does not support https). So for those you will get that
error.
For other types of charts, it should work.

If you still see these messages, please provide more details.
