Hi everyone, I am facing an issue in an iGoogle Gadget development regarding available APIs. I am not sure if the feature that I am trying to build is available for the developers.
In the blog post from June 24,2008 - Justin Kosslyn mentioned that there is a read-write api coming soon that will enable writing to a spreadsheet using igoogle gadget. Has this api already been released like Google Visualization API? I am processing this data to develop some more functionality in my gadget. One limitation of this is that the form is public gives everyone has write access to the spreadsheet. I am trying to find a solution to write to a spreadsheet from the gadget and roll it out to other users. Using the user prefs, they should be able to point to their own spreadsheet to authorize and write to. I will really appreciate any help in this regard.
