Hi,

I would like to use ArrowFormat but in a slightly different way. By
default you give a base and any value higher than the base is rendered
with a green up arrow. I would like to behave in a opposite sense
sometimes. What is the best way to achieve this?

suppose the base is 0.2, and if the actual value of a cell is 0.1,
then should I apply some value greater than 0.2 and then apply the
formatter (to show me green) and then set the actual value to 0.1?

Srini
