Hi Yuan,
You might notice the requested details in Data Policy for every chart mostly
in the bottom of any of its galary, it mentions if the data is sent to any
server or not.
There are 2 types of charts i have noticed, one being image chart and the
other type.For image charts the data is sent to Googleserver and the image
will be rendered to you.If you fall in the other type of  graphs according
to Data Policy the data is not sent to any server.For the comparision take a
look at the Area Chart (Image),Area Chart  and look at their Data Policy.
