I'm not sure there is a 3d visualization available in the standard interpretation of it as three orthogonal axises. However, consider using the Motion Chart visualization (documented here<http://code.google.com/apis/visualization/documentation/gallery/motionchart.html>) which allows you to use several dimensions including time, color, size, and more.
