I never seen such a bug before nor am I able to reproduce. Maybe you can play with the div, change it, style it, or add other things to the page to see what exactly is being cropped. It seems like something with the page and not with the visualization itself being cropped. I am assuming that this will lead to opening a bug on chrome or on one of the extensions you have installed. Please update with your findings.
