Hi,

Please look at section "Forcing Visualization Language Selection" at
http://code.google.com/apis/visualization/documentation/using_overview.html
Apparently the browser you look at is set for a language that not that
strange but is surely not English.

In this link there are explanation about default language detection and how
you can override it.
