I checked again but :( no solution
I put an example on this page http://www.sogutcu.com/geomap_example.html
which indicates my problem.
For instance if you hover on İstanbul (the most crowded city in
Turkey) you will see "stanbul" instead of "İstanbul" in the tooltip,
or hover on Muğla (the most south-west city) you will see "Mula"
instead of "Muğla".

But there is an exception. Although other turkish accent chars
(İ,Ş,ş,Ğ,ğ..) are not shown but the ı (i without cap) is shown (for
instance hover to the city just above Muğla). (We use both i,İ and ı,I
in Turkish)

My problem is only with swf charts. As you can see there is no problem
with DataTable.
