Would it be possible to expose a scrollTopStartPosition in google.visualization.Table? I see that scrollLeftStartPosition is exposed according to the documentation but I don't see a corresponding field that lets you specify vertical scroll level.
Also, is there a reason these are not exposed as fields on the Table object instead of being params to its constructor? It would be nice to dynamically set the table.ec.scrollTop value through a documented API.
