I have been poring over the terms of services and am pleased that we
can use the Visualization API for commercial use. I am also pleased
with the copyright provisions of the images produced. But I am not
sure about our right to distribute the chart images that are generated
by the API. Is there any restriction on the production of other media
by our application that utilizes the API? Can we allow users to print
a page of a report generated by out application? Can we include the
report in an email and distribute? Can we deliver a PDF of a report
that includes an image produced by the API. Can we print this PDF and
deliver to a customer as part of a commercial service?

I know a lot of questions. This is such a good service, many people
are dreaming up uses that may be outside of the original intended use.
I am looking for clarification on intended use beyond charts included
in a publically available web application.

Thx
