This is not supported yet with google.visualization.ColumnChart. however, you can use google.visualization.ImageChart with cht = 'bhs' (or 'bhg') and use the chm option.
ImageChart is a wrapper for the "Image Chart API" which uses URL parameters. If you're interested in using it and you have further questions, let me know.
