Very nice visualization combination!

I'm not sure what you meant with your question. You can make the tooltip
open using the setSelection function of the visualization. Also, notice that
there is a new version of these visualizations (package 'corechart')
although there at the moment you cannot use setSelection programatically in
order to open the tooltip.
