I would also like to know this. In my case, I am using the generic image wrapper around a Bar Chart, which means I do not get the automatically generated tooltips from the regular Bar Chart visualization. I can use the event handler to know when the user is mousing over a bar, but am not sure of the best way to pop up the tooltip.
