I need two rows of horizontal bars. A column of two bars will represent one data entry. The top bar will be either green or red, the bottom bar color will vary depending on a value. When hovering over the 2 bars, there needs to be a tooltip that will show some extra data + some links. When clicking on the bar itself, it will also link to somewhere. My question is: will this be easily possible with Google Visualization API? Is there a predefined visualization that I could use or would I need to define a new visualization?
