I second that. Some option to either automatically use the most current version or specify which version we would like to use would be nice. I consider myself lucky that this bug cropped up while my project is still in the development stage - if it had gone live and then had the bug pop up, I'd be getting crucified, especially if all I could tell my boss is that the only thing I can do is wait for a bug fix.
