That doesn't always work - I have specified exact width and height
values in my charts, and they still have the size issue I described.

In fact, I also found that using your example with a Table that has
pagination turned on, the situation is the opposite:  specifying a
width and height prevents the Table from rendering properly.  Take a
look at

It's based on your sample, with a Table. If you comment *out* the
measurements, the table renders properly.  I believe that turning
pagination off reverses this, back to what you had pointed out.

Any ideas what the issue is here?  I think if I could understand
what's happening in this example, I could fix my charts to work
properly.
