Hi You can control the css of the elements using nodeClass or control the style of specific cells using the "style" custom property for the relevant cells. See the documentation for more details: http://code.google.com/apis/chart/interactive/docs/gallery/orgchart.html#customproperties
If I understood you correctly, there is no way to have "assistants".
