Thanks for this update. I'll proceed with some profiling/get back with
results.

Also, here's some background. Currently serving pages containing
multiple (line/area/timeline chart, table) data sources using java6,
tomcat7, and RHEL
Data source process is currently using 1.4Gb physical memory (RSS),
8,8% ((%MEM) which seems pretty high.

Please consider and let me know of any ideas/thoughts and I'll proceed
with profiling.
