As far as I know you cannot render google charts into PDF files. You
can use the google image charts for that (this will return an image
and not an interactive chart), but then you will pass your information
into the google servers. If you have no problem with this issue, you
can use this method

In any case, if you'll find a way to generate a PDF, please let us all
know. I know that I've tried in many different ways without success.
