We have an undocumented option hAxis.showTextEveryMode with possible values of 'default', 'attachToStart', 'attachToEnd'. You can try setting it to 'attachToEnd' and see if it works for you. *Important note:* this option is undocumented and we may stop supporting it at any time without notice.
