Hi,
We are having difficulties in getting a clear answer on whether or not
Google charts can be used in an commercial application.
The application in question is a reporting tool similar to Crystal,
Birt or Jasper-Reports. Currently the charts are painted using
"freeechart". Since interfacing to Google charts using HTTP is simple
we thought about giving our customers the additional choice of using
these to visualize their data. My question therefore is:

May we use the Google Visualization API from an commercial application
to draw charts?

If yes, are there any contraints regarding captions or the way the
charts are presented in the application? Below are two screenshots of
the application in question showing how users can choose between
different visualizations for the same data model. On shot shows how
the Google Pie-3D plot is chosen by selecting the "GooglePie3D" from
the pick list (dropdown listbox).

Just for clarification, we want to use the Image API online via HTTP.

Thank you very much in advance for your help,
Alex Geller
