You can get the number of rows using the DataTable#getNumberOfRows() method. 
 Use it like this:

for (i = 0; i < data.getNumberOfRows; i++) {
    for (j = 0; j < data.getNumberOfColumns(); j++) {
        var val = data.getValue(i, j);
        // do something with the value
        data.setValue(i, j, newVal);
    }
}
