in that case, what I suggested earlier will not do the trick.
change your chartWrapper to look like this:
lineChart = new google.visualization.ChartWrapper({
chartType : 'LineChart',
containerId : 'chart_div',
options : {
width : 600,
height : 600,
legend : 'right',
vAxis : {
minValue : 400,
viewWindowMode : 'explicit',
viewWindow : {
min : 400
}
}
},
view: { columns : [0, 1, 2, 3]} // exclude column 4, year_to_number
});
look that I used the viewWindow with an explicit mode and a minimum of 400.
