We have pushed a new

production.
The new release introduces many new features, including:
- Transition 
animation<http://code.google.com/apis/chart/interactive/docs/animation.html>

- New visual effects for focus and selection of chart elements in scatter,
line, area, and other charts.
- New column role
feature<http://code.google.com/apis/chart/interactive/docs/roles.html>,
enabling annotations, error bars and many other features in the core chart
types.
- Marker mode in
Geochart<http://code.google.com/apis/chart/interactive/docs/gallery/geochart.html>
.
- New chart: Stepped
Area<http://code.google.com/apis/chart/interactive/docs/gallery/steppedareachart.html>
.
- New UI for ChartEditor, currently available only in version 1.1. In the
next release it will be available in all of the versions.

REMINDER: In the next release (about 1 month from now) we'll change the
default value of the "strictFirstColumnType" option to "true", as explained
in the

and
in the 
documentation<http://code.google.com/apis/chart/interactive/docs/customizing_axes.html#Discrete_vs_Continuous>.
You
are strongly encouraged to test your code with the “strictFirstColumnType”
option set to “true”.
