The graph at the bottom left corner of this page : http://dog.dnr.alaska.gov/ is an example of this problem. Tooltips on hover display fine except when Internet Explorer is in Compatibility mode. This site is not in the list of Microsoft's compatibility view list : http://ie9cvlist.ie.microsoft.com/ie9CompatViewList.xml and when I manually set it to view in compatibility mode, the font becomes unreadable(elephant?), otherwise in all other browsers it shows up as what I set it to - Arial. This only happens when the page is viewed in Compatibility mode in IE9.
