The amount of modification the org charts would need to do that would be so extensive you might as well code your own from scratch (or more likely, find out if anyone else made an API that does handle it). I've only seen things like this in systems where you can drag and drop your elements on the canvas to find the best positioning, as multi-parents can wreak havok with organizing the output (ex, how would you lay out a chart with 6 elements [A, B, C, X, Y, Z] such that X is a child of A + B, Y is a child of B + C, and Z is a child of A + C?).
