Hi,
I have the same issue, percentage value in Pie chart is not showing in
IE 8. It is show correct in IE7,IE9 and in FireFox.
I used an following code example
http://code.google.com/apis/chart/interactive/docs/gallery/piechart.html.

What can be reason? Please help.
