I made a datasource using Java library. I receive data from external
source, apply queries and do some other processing, and than return data to
user over HTTP or store it in a CSV file.
The problem is that CsvRenderer.renderDataTable method needs a locale, and
use it to format numbers. That's a problem, because if user has a different
locale, numbers are get misinterpreted.
Is there a way to render a CSV file from DataTable without formatting
numbers?

BTW, I fought of modifying a ULocale instance to remove grouping separator,
but didn't find any way to do it.
