There's no direct way of doing this.
However, if you only have one series, there is a reasonable workaround.
Split the data table column of your series into two, one for the positive
values, and one for the negative ones. Also set the chart  option isStacked
to true.

If you have more than one series to begin with, then there's no workaround
that I know of.
