You're also trying to load jQuery and the visualization API twice. You
could be having some issues with loading the jQuery tools js before the
google.load("jquery", "1.5"); AJAX call finishes loading, too. Try loading
jQuery directly from a CDN (like
http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1/jquery.min.js) instead of
calling google.load().
