I have a page with about 20 line charts that renders fine in Chrome.
In Internet Explorer 8, only the first of the 20 charts show the
values on the axes after the page has loaded.

I can force the missing elements to show by scrolling to the end of
the page and reload it, after which all values on both horizontal and
vertical axes display correctly.

Any suggestions on how to have all the axis values show on initial
page load?
