I'm not aware of any video tutorials, sorry. What is your server-side language? If you use Java or Python, there are libraries available to hook up your database as a VizAPI data source. If you use PHP, I posted sample code<https://groups.google.com/forum/#!msg/google-visualization-api/Gy18YdVSSfQ/tKdtzSfqKlcJ>to the forums that will format the database output into the JSON format that the charts use.
