Unfortunately the annotated timeline is dependant on Flash, as are a few of the other charts. The best solution I've found is the same suggestion asagliant has.
Otherwise I've put in an enhancement request to port this chart to pure javascript. With the iPad not supporting flash (and almost surely never will), I'd say Flash is on the way out, so Flash dependent libs should be ported to javascript.
