I agree - you shouldn't use the "columnchart" package, but that's not the 
source of your problem, since you are only loading that for non-IE 
browsers.  Can you post example code with static data that reproduces the 
problem?  Without data I can't help, and the image you posted is too small 
for me to tell what is going on.
