specifics.

In general, though, the Visualization API charts do not send any data to 
Google (see the Data 
Policy<https://developers.google.com/chart/interactive/docs/gallery/areachart#Data_Policy>section
 for each chart type).

While most charts do not send any data to Google, the API is entirely 
dependent on Google's servers - you can't host it locally.
