The API was offline for a few minutes this morning (8/21/2012). Was there an update? The stylesheet(s) for the .NET AjaxControlToolkit are not loading now in my app. If I remove the script reference to the api, the AjaxControlToolkit functions normally with proper styles applied to the controls.
