I am trying to gauge the importance of offering various services to customers.
I would like to rank client requests on level of importance to the client and
the potential value ($) of the client. For example: Sally is interested in
Online Ordering. It's a deal-breaker for her (on a scale of 1-4 of importance,
it's a 4). Sally is a CEO of a billion dollar company (on a scale of 1-4 of $
worth, Sally is a 4). Therefore, the "online" category gets 8 points, as it is
a very important service for a very important client. The next day, John (a
stay-at-home dad) is only moderately interested in online services. The
"online" category gets 2 more points.

I'm envisioning a three column chart on one side:
Column A=text description of the service (i.e. searchable for keywords)
Column B=interfaced selection of categories of importance associated with point
values (i.e. 1=Like It, 2=Love It, 3=Need It, 4=Deal-Breaker)
Column C=interfaced selection of categories of $ value of client associated
with point values (i.e. 1=$1k, 2=$5k, 3=$10k, 4=$10k+)

On the other side I want a bar graph that displays live feedback of the
columns. Each bar is a keyword category (i.e. "online", "phone", "local", etc)
and points are based on the totals of Columns B and C.
