In order to match the two data sets, they would have to have the same keys 
or indices (ie, $hey in $sxml->Row must match a key or index in 
$sxml2->Row).  Take a look at a debug output of the two arrays to see if 
they match:

var_dump($sxml->Row);
var_dump($sxml2->Row);
