In the chart API, all of your data shares a common set of domain axis 
values, though not all values need to be populated for each domain value. 
 The example data you provided would not make a chart with a discrete axis, 
so it is difficult to show how, exactly, it would work.  Discrete axes 
require string values for the domain, not numbers.
