my friend i really dont know what is the problem
i put this in each page header("Content-type: text/html; charset=utf-8");
and when i send the values to the server if i send a value like 'ñ' in the
database the value saved is something like ñ.
and in my phpmyadmin i have this configuration for my database :
utf8_spanish_ci
and for each table inside my database i have this utf8_spanish_ci
.
.. really
i dont know what is wrong ... i insert the values directly in the database
with phpmyadmin and the ñ and á or í or ó are
saved correctly
