You can test the code; the message is just a standard Creative Commons 
license granting you the right to use the code according to the terms set 
forth here <http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/3.0/deed.en_US>. 
 When you opened the link there should have been a chart and a control in 
the lower right pane; if they didn't show up then either there is a bug I 
am unaware of in my code or you have javascript turned off in your browser.
