If you convert the chart to a PNG image file (using a hack like this one<http://jsfiddle.net/SCjm8/1/>), you can import it into a PDF, but generally speaking, there is no way to directly import a Visualization API chart into a PDF. It is possible that the Itext software uses some trick that I don't know about to work its magic, so it's worth giving it a shot, but my expectation is that it won't work.
