If the JSON is exactly the same, then it is not the cause of the problem (though I would check carefully to make absolutely certain it is exactly the same). If your javascript is rendered by server-side code, then it is possible that different servers are rendering it differently. Are you seeing the same behavior in all browsers, or just some?
If you could post the javascript used to draw the charts and a sample of JSON from both servers, I could take a look and see what might be going on.
