vAxes is the option you use to set the options for the left and right
y-axes.
vAxes: {
0: {
title: 'Left y-axis',
format: '$#,###'
},
1: {
title: 'Right y-axis',
format: '#.##%'
}
}
You don't set any of the series options in there.
